About us

Laser cleaning in Ireland, done properly

PrecisionLaserClean.ie brings industrial laser cleaning to businesses, contractors and property owners across Ireland. We're a cleaner, safer alternative to blasting and chemical stripping.

Our story

Why we started PrecisionLaserClean

We saw the same problem again and again: valuable equipment, buildings and parts damaged by harsh cleaning methods, sites shut down for days of masking and clean-up, and chemicals and grit ending up where they shouldn't.

Laser cleaning solves that. It removes only what needs to go and leaves the surface underneath intact. We set up PrecisionLaserClean.ie to make the technology accessible to Irish industry, from single-part restorations to planned maintenance on full production lines.

Every job starts with a test patch and an honest conversation about whether laser is the right tool. If it isn't, we'll tell you.

The technology

How laser cleaning works

A fibre laser fires short, high-energy pulses at the surface. The contaminant layer (rust, paint, oil or soot) absorbs that energy and is vaporised or ejected. The clean material underneath reflects the beam, so the process stops at the right depth.

Fumes and particles are captured by extraction at the point of cleaning, leaving a clean, dry surface ready for its next stage.

  • Pulsed fibre laser systems for controlled, repeatable cleaning
  • Portable units for on-site work, indoors or out
  • Adjustable power and scan width from fine detail to large areas
  • On-tool fume extraction to keep the work area clean
